We are celebrating 35 years at the service of our wonderful customers! Over the years we underwent a lot of changes. We moved from North Sydney to Upper North Shore. We have grown wiser and older!  We have a new, young and efficient management. We expanded our show room and enhanced our product range. But on one aspect, we did not change!  Our focus on you, our wonderful customers!

Our mission is to enhance the independence and to empower people to live their lives with dignity, mobility and independence. We have been doing this for the past 35 years with pride and passion with  innovative solutions and a wide range of products, some of which are featured in this website.

As part of our various changes to keep up with our customers, we have updated our website which has been serving our customer over the past 12 years!

The Team

You will continue to find the personalized, experienced and friendly attention of Geoff Wallace and Rej Punchayil. Since 1984 Geoff has been sharpening his skills to understand and fulfill the needs of our customers. His in-depth knowledge of a large range of products and his thorough understanding of the needs of the customers keeps us at a great advantage.

Rej (Rejimon Punchayil), is a qualified and experienced business man. He has extensive business experience in various industries in various countries. We are able to utilize the multifaceted talents of these two men to give the best in terms of service and products to its customers and to train and develop a team to continue to provide the excellent service to our valued customers.

Our presence online is an extension of our brick and mortar business that has survived the test of time for the past three decades. This is with a view to serve the needs of our customers better in this changing time, where more and more people, as members of the family or as carers or as users are able to get on line at their convenience. This is a business which has real people in the core and in fore front.

We are a 100% Australian owned and managed business, which has all the relevant governmental registrations.

(There is no Right Turn on Jersey St N to the building driving south bound)

“To access our under cover street level car park, you MUST turn into Jersey St NORTH from Bridge Road, then left into the Car Park entrance at the end of our building. Please note, there is no right turn into the building/Parking from Jersey St North, if you are driving south bound.

How to reach us by Bus from Hornsby Train Station – Bus No. from Hornsby Station Stand E- 595, 597, 598 and 592 then choose bus stop Peats Ferry Rd before Bridge Rd(3rd bus stop from Bus Station Stand E) and we are just behind the Motor Registry Hornsby.
