Possible Impact of Covid-19 on our Delivery commitments

We are no exception to the impact of covid-19 on the supply Chain management and logistics. However, we make best efforts to keep the impact to the minimum as possible.

You may experience delays in delivery as a consequence of the delays from our network partners that carry stock from our local and overseas suppliers as well as by our couriers who are carrying out domestic delivery. So please provide additional allowances for the situations which are out of our control.

Wherever possible we will be making sure that the delivery destinations are Covid-19 compliant for the well being of our team and the community. As a mutual obligation we will make our best efforts to ensure that all our staff are following strict Covid Compliance.

Comfort Discovered uses Australia Post for the delivery of all orders within Australia. (Couriers can be arranged in the Sydney Metro Area)

Orders will be dispatched promptly once payment has been processed. It is our objective to have all orders dispatched immediately upon receipt of order/payment. Backorders will be advised to customers.

If for some reason Comfort Discovered can not fulfil your order you will be notified and refunded in full.

Australian Orders
Australian orders will be delivered via Australia Post and customers should allow up to 7-10 days for delivery. Domestic postage and handling charges are calculated as per Australia Post, using their application.

International Orders

The costs of the postage will be calculated by comfort discovered who will contact the customer to notify the costs and arrange for payments to be made.
We request that you allow up to 20 days for standard international delivery.
